The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity For Points With Res Installations For The Needs Of The Purchasing Group Of The Łowicz Municipality For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code And Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. The Łowicz Commune And The Members Of The Purchasing Group As Well As Their Units Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Will Conclude Separate Agreements Resulting From This Public Procurement Procedure Under An Open Tender Procedure. Detailed Information On All Consumption Points Is Included In Annex No. 1. It Will Be The Responsibility Of The Selected Contractor To Notify The Designated Distribution System Operator For The Implementation Of The Comprehensive Electricity Supply Agreements Concluded With The Contractor, Including The Sale And Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services.
