Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Cpv: 09134100-8 Diesel Oil, 09132100-4 Unleaded Petrol Note: The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Assortment, I.E. The Given Amounts Of The Ordering Partys Fuel Demand May Be Increased Or Decreased, But By A Maximum Of 20%. Fuel Delivered To Mzk Sp. Z O.O. In Piotrków Trybunalski Takes Place In Accordance With The Applicable License And The Assigned Cn Code. Time For A Single Delivery: The Ordering Party Requires That Individual Deliveries Take Place Between 07:00 And 14:00, No Later Than 48 Hours From The Moment The Ordering Party Places The Order. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Placing Individual Orders By Telephone Or Fax. The Ordering Party Will Place Orders For Fuel Delivery On Business Days, From: From 07:00 To 15:00. Note: The Ordering Party Will Each Time Require The Contractor To Submit A Current Quality Certificate (Certificate) Of The Purchased Fuels. Determining The Amount Of Fuel Delivered: Fuel Collection Will Take Place Under The Supervision Of A Committee Consisting Of A Representative Of The Ordering Party And A Representative Of The Contractor (E.G. A Tanker Driver). Fuel Will Be Measured Using An Electronic System Based On The Ordering Partys Measuring Devices, Then The Commission Will Prepare An Appropriate Report And Determine The Amount Of Fuel Accepted At Actual Temperature To Be Invoiced. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks.
