The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Construction And Executive Design Documentation As Well As Construction And Assembly Works For The Task: Connection Of A Public Vehicle Charging Station On Plot 712/4, Rev. 3 Daniszew To The Power Grid, Consisting In Particular Of: 1.1. Stage I - Preparation Of Construction And Executive Design Documentation, With All Legally Required Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions, Along With Obtaining Legal Titles To The Real Estate Necessary To Implement The Task, On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) And Supplementary Information To The Ffu (Ffu And Supplementary Information To The Ffu, Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Functional And Utility Program Or Ffu), 1.2. Stage Ii - Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works (Including All Other Materials And Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order), According To The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Received Positively And Agreed By The Ordering Party Under Stage I Of The Agreement. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Functional And Operational Program Together With Supplementary Information To The Functional And Operational Program (Hereinafter Referred To As The Functional And Operational Program Or Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 14 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed In Accordance With The Guidelines Indicated In This Documentation (Annex No. 17 To The Swz) And Instructions, As Well As The Standards Constituting An Annex To The Swz (Annex No. 18 To The Swz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 15 To The Swz). 3. The Ordering Party Requires That: 3.1. The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Carried Out Exclusively Using (Regardless Of Its Method Or Scope) Software, Materials, Products Or Devices That Come From: 3.1.1 From European Union Member States, 3.2.1 Or From Third Countries That Are Parties To The World Trade Organization Agreement On Government Procurement Or Other International Agreements To Which The European Union Is A Party, Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, And The Origin Is Determined In Accordance With Art. 60 Section 1 And 2 Of Regulation (Eu) No 952/2013 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 9 October 2013 Establishing The Union Customs Code; 3.2.
