The City Of Nuremberg And The Vag Are Jointly Planning The Redesign And Functional Reorganization Of The Plärrer In Order To Restructure The Existing Space, Contribute To Improving The City Climate, Make The Use Of Public Transport More Comfortable And Create A Pleasant Place To Transfer And Stay. As One Of The First Measures, The Tracks On Steinbühler Straße And On The So-Called Small Plärrerinsel, I.E. The Green Area Between The Intersection Of Gostenhofer Hauptstraße - Ludwigstor / Spittlertorgraben Over The Plärrer, Are To Be Renewed And Partially Converted. The Measure Includes The Dismantling And New Construction Of Approx. 305 M Of Double Track, Of Which Approx. 35 M Is Temporary During Construction. This Temporary Solution Serves To Connect The Section Of The Route To Be Renewed To The Existing Tracks On The Large Plärrerinsel And Will Be Dismantled At A Later Date When This Area Is Being Rebuilt. Specifically, The Track Construction Project Includes The Following Services To Be Carried Out: - Dismantling Of The Track Zone And Ancillary Areas Adjacent To The Track Area, Including Dismantling Of The Slab Track And Ballast Superstructure Or Soil Excavation At The Level Of The Earth Level Of The New Superstructure. - Transport Of Materials To Be Disposed Of To The Interim Storage Facility Provided By The Client (Client) (Concrete, Bound And Unbound Materials, Soils), - Disposal Of Dismantled Rail Chamber Fillers And Rails - Production Of The Subgrade And Frost Protection Layer - Delivery (Without Rails) And Installation Of The New Track Area As A Slab Track, Grass Track, And The Adjacent Track Areas, Including The Entire Superstructure - Production Of The Welding Joints, Placement Of The Formwork For Concrete Base Layers - Production Of Construction-Period Road Coverings And Borders Adjoining The Track Zone - Creating Temporary Solutions For Traffic Routing - Creating Drainage Systems And Empty Pipe Routes For Cable Lines.
