The Purpose Of The Alpes 2030 Olympic Works Delivery Company (“Solideo Alpes 2030”) Is To Ensure The Delivery Of All The Works And The Completion Of All The Development Operations Necessary For The Organization Of The French Alps 2030 Olympic And Paralympic Winter Games, Within The Deadlines Set By The International Olympic Committee. Solideo Alpes 2030 Also Has The Mission Of Ensuring The Destination Of These Works And These Operations At The End Of The 2030 Paralympic Games. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Mission Of Solideo Alpes 2030, And For The Organization Of Its Interventions, The Resources Department Is Looking For A Solution To Reserve Accommodation And Transport Solutions In Order To Ensure The Professional Travel Of The Teams Who Must Travel To The Authorities As Well As To The Territories Of The Future Winter Olympic Games 2030. The Games Territories Are Briançon, Chambéry, La Plagne, La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand And Lyon. As Part Of The Exercise Of Their Missions, The Teams Are Also Likely To Make International Professional Trips, Particularly To Los Angeles And Within The European Union. This Contract Should Therefore Allow Solideo Alpes 2030 Teams To Benefit From Complete Support For Their Professional Travel, Both In Terms Of Accommodation And Transport. The Consultation Undertaken Aims To Conclude A Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, As Regulated By Articles R.2162-2 To R.2162-4 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Annual Amount, In Accordance With Article R. 2162-4 2° Of The Public Procurement Code. The Maximum Amount For The Entire Contract, Renewal Period Included, Is Set At 640,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, Or 160,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Annually
