Tenders are invited for Water- and Wastewater Services for Syrian Refugees and Host Communities VII + VIII The Water Authority of Jordan (WAJ) has received financing from German Financial Cooperation through KfW Entwicklungsbank (KfW) and intends to apply this funding to payments under the Contract Package 2 - Ajloun and Irbid Governorate for The Contract comprises the rehabilitation and extension of water supply and wastewater infrastructure in Ajloun and Irbid Governorate, including: Rehabilitation and extension of approximately 8.6 km Force Main in Ishtafina, 18 km of water distribution networks and replacement of approximately 380 house connections in Al Mothalat area in Ajloun Governorate. 65 km of water distribution networks and replacement of approximately 2,000 house connections in Judayta area in Irbid Governorate; Rehabilitation and upgrading of pumping stations, including the rehabilitation of Ein Al Tanour, Qanta Rah, Ain Janneh, Zuqaiaq, Rasoun Pumping Stations including pumps, chlorination systems, electrical and control systems, surge protection, SCADA and associated civil works in Ajloun Governorate; Construction of approximately 7 km of gravity sewer networks, manholes and house connections in Idoun and Al Quds in Irbid Governorate; Associated civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control, road reinstatement and ancillary works required for the complete and operational delivery of the facilities.
