1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of The Buildings Electrical Power Supply System And Part Of The Wlz In The Building Managed By Bytomskie Mieszkanie At Ul. Jochymczyka 10.2. The Scope Of Works Is Diverse And Includes Construction, Renovation And Renovation Works, Building Works, And Electrical Installation Works.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Conditions Of Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Constitute Annex No. 1.2 To The Swz - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.4. The Ordering Party Attaches The Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 1.1 To The Swz) As Non-Binding Material. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Indicative And Should Be Treated As Supporting Material For A Quick And General Understanding Of The Material Scope And Size Of The Project. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A 60-Month Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Construction Works Being The Subject Of The Order.7. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Procedure Into Parts, Which Is Justified By Its Unplanned And Unpredictable Nature, As Well As The Need For Its One-Time Implementation. The Order In Question Results From A Need That Could Not Be Predicted In Advance, And Its Implementation Is Essential And Necessary.
