The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of Municipal Road No. 104294L - Ul. Rzemieślnicza In Włodawa, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Decision No. 1/2024 On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment Of July 5, 2024, Reference Number: Wb.6740.8.8.2024.Ip, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities And Other Documents Constituting Annexes To The Order Documentation. Detailed Description With Indication Of The Scope Order: The Scope Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Complete, Compliant With The Documentation And Usable Road Section With A Length Of Approximately 210 M, Along With All The Elements Provided For In The Design Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Legal Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Stwiorb Requirements And The Conditions Resulting From The Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions Obtained. Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Should Develop And Approve A Design For The Temporary Organization Of Road Traffic For The Duration Of The Works. General Scope Of Works: As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1. Making And Installing An Information Board With The Content And Location Agreed With The Ordering Party;2. Preparing And Securing The Construction Site And Performing The Necessary Surveying Works;3. Carrying Out Preparatory And Earthworks Necessary To Implement The Investment;4. Execution Of The Road Surface Structure In Accordance With The Design Documentation;5. Construction Of Roadsides And Elements Limiting And Finishing The Surface;6. Execution Of Exits And Accesses Provided For In The Design Documentation;7. Execution Of Drainage Elements And Stormwater Management In Accordance With The Design;8. Securing The Existing Technical Infrastructure And Carrying Out Works Related To Existing Networks And Infrastructure Devices In The Field;9.Implementation Of Signs And Traffic Organization Elements Provided For In The Documentation;10. Restoring And Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Completed;11. Performing An As-Built Surveying Inventory;12. Carrying Out The Required Examinations, Tests And Acceptances;13. Provide The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Documentation Required By Law And The Order Documentation.
