The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Entitled: Water Protection Program In The Kalisko-Ostrów Agglomeration - Renovation Of Water Facilities In The Gołuchów Commune, Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, Is To Prepare Complete Design Documentation For The Renovation Of Water Facilities In The Gołuchów Commune, On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Implement The Investment Both In Formal, Legal And Technical Terms, And To Perform Works In Accordance With This Design Documentation, I.E.: 1) Renovation Of The Valve On The Giszka Natural Watercourse At Km 0+4802) Renovation Of A Penstock On The Trzemna (Ciemna) Natural Watercourse At Km 3+9213) Renovation Of A Penstock On The Trzemna (Ciemna) Natural Watercourse At Km 9+1204) Renovation Of A Penstock On The Giszka Natural Watercourse At Km 4+1005) Renovation Of A Penstock On The Giszka Natural Watercourse At Km 7+500 The Detailed Description Of The Order Is Specified In The Program Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. Note: Regarding The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu): The Ordering Party Informs That The Material Scope Indicated In The Attached Functional And Utility Program Has Changed In Relation To The Original Study. Instead Of The Penstock On The Trzemna (Ciemna) Watercourse At Km 1+980, The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Penstock Mentioned In Point 1) Above. With Regard To The New Penstock At Km 0+480 On The Giszka Watercourse, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply Analogous Technical, Technological And Material Requirements As Specified In The Fup For The Primary Penstock. Additional Note Of The Employer:1. The Above Change In Scope Is Introduced Only By The Content Of This Tor. The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) File Attached To The Procedure Documentation Has Not Undergone Any Physical Text Modification And Contains The Original Location Data And The Original Registration Plot Number For This Item.2. The Ordering Party Informs That In Place Of The Current Location (Plot No. 377, Tursko District), A New Gate At Km 0+480 On The Giszka Stream Will Be Constructed On The Registered Plot No. 115, Tursko District. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The New Location When Calculating The Offer Price And At The Design Stage.3. With Respect To The Remaining 4 Gates Covered By The Order, The Material Scope, Location, Plot Numbers And All Provisions And Requirements Specified In The Fup Remain Unchanged.
