The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: A) Demolition Of The Existing Pitch B) Leveling And Preparation Of The Area C) Construction Of A Basketball Court D) Construction Of Two Beach Volleyball Courts E) Reconstruction Of Lighting F) Reconstruction Of Drainage G) Construction Of A Relaxation And Recreation Zone H) Reconstruction Of The Fencei) Construction Of New And Repair Of Existing Pedestrian Routes Due To The Fact That The Subject Of The Order Is Intended For Use By Natural Persons, The Contractor Is Obliged To Meet All Requirements In Regarding The Accessibility Of Communication Routes For Disabled People In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524) The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1245, As Amended). The Above Requirement Of Employment Under An Employment Relationship Applies To Manual Workers Directly Performing Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope Of: A) Earthworks, B) Surface Works, C) Installation Works, The Above Requirement Does Not Apply To Persons Performing Freelance Professions, Including Designers, Construction Manager And Work Managers. 3. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A List Of These Persons Along With A Statement Confirming Their Employment Under An Employment Contract, And, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Evidence Indicating Their Employment Under An Employment Contract. After Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Is Also Obliged, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, To Submit A List Of Persons Together With A Statement Confirming Their Employment Under An Employment Contract And That They Are Not In Arrears With The Payment Of Remuneration As At The Date Of Submitting The Statement. At Each Stage Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Demand That The Contractor Prove That People Are Employed Under An Employment Contract. 4. In Case Of Justified Doubts As To Compliance With Labor Law By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, The Ordering Party May Request An Inspection By The National Labor Inspectorate. 5.
