The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Execution Of Construction Works And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit For The Investment Project Consisting In The Construction Of Social And Sanitary Facilities In Włodzimierzów Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. The Investments Are Planned In Włodzimierzów At Ul. Łęczyńska, Plot No. 392/12, Precinct 0022 Włodzimierzów, Sulejów Commune. Development Area - The Absolute Minimum Is 112.0 M2 (The Development Area Will Be Determined By The Projection Of The External Contour Of The Container Facility Plus The Projection Of The Roof Of The Shelter). The Ordering Party Informs That A Local Development Plan Is In Force In The Investment Area. The Ordering Party Has A Map For Design Purposes. The Task Is To Be Carried Out On A Plot Of Land With Sports Fields For Football, Basketball, Volleyball And Beach Volleyball, Along With Lighting, Small Architecture And Hardening Of Pedestrian Paths. For The Purposes Of This Order, The Ordering Party Has Developed A Functional And Utility Program Entitled: Construction Of Social And Sanitary Facilities In Włodzimierzów Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure (Hereinafter Referred To As: Pfu). The Contractor Is Obliged To Present, Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, A Design Concept Taking Into Account The Location Of The Facility In The Investment Area, The Layout Of The Rooms And Their Functions Along With The Area And The Color Scheme Of The Facility. The Design Assumptions Included In The Fup Define The Employers Concept Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order And Do Not Constitute Final Design And Implementation Solutions. At The Stage Of Design And Execution Of Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Always Agree On Changes In Parameters, Scope, Materials, Design, Technical Or Functional Solutions With The Ordering Party And The Supervision Inspector, In Relation To The Provisions Contained In The Fup. The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Swz And Ffu, In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
