The Subject Of The Order Consists Of 2 Tasks: 1) Task 1 - Design And Construction Of 57 Home Sewage Treatment Plants For Residents Of The Wysokie Commune As Part Of The Design And Build Task, And 2) Task 2 - Design And Construction Of 1 Sewage Treatment Plant At A Public Utility Facility As Part Of The Design And Build Task. The Scope Of Task 1 Includes Construction Works Consisting Of Design, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning. 57 Home Sewage Treatment Plants, Certified As Compliant With Pn-En 12566-3+A2:2013 Or Equivalent, On Private Properties In The Wysokie Commune In Accordance With The List Of Plots Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Obtain All Output Data As Well As Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Design, Construction, Commissioning And Commissioning Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants For Commissioning And Operation. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Requirements Presented In The Fup. The Pfu Contains Situational Maps Indicating The Location Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Agreed With The Property Owners.
