The Task Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Decision Of The Starosta Of Skarżyski No. 249/2017 Of September 25, 2017, Reference Number: Ab.6740.1.237.2017.Ep, Regarding The Building Permit. The Ordering Party Informs That The Construction Of A Playground Is One Of The Projects Indicated In The Decision On The Building Permit, The Rest Have Already Been Completed And Are Not The Subject Of This Order. The Scope Of The Order Includes Preparation Of The Area, Execution Of Earthworks And Surfaces, Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment, Construction Of A Fence With An Entrance, Tidying Up The Area And Submitting As-Built Documentation. 3. The Task Is Located On Plots With Geod. Registration Number: - 3185/5 At Szarych Szeregów Street 6, District 0001 Suchedniów, Suchedniów Commune, Skarżysko Poviat, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The Ordering Party Informs That The Above-Mentioned Decision Is Still Legally Binding. The Location Of The Playground On The Plot Is Indicated In Drawing No. 8 - Land Development Design. 4. Description Of The Existing Condition: The Plot Includes A Building Of The Local Government Primary School No. 1. Emilia Peck, A Multi-Purpose Sports Field And A Football Field With An Artificial Grass Surface. The Area Intended For The Construction Of The Playground Is Undeveloped, Free, Grassy. It Is Possible To Separate It From The School Building And Carry Out The Works While Maintaining The Active Facility.5.Description Of Design Solutions: The Project Envisages The Construction Of A Playground Equipped With Devices For Recreation And Developing Childrens Motor Skills, Including: A Multi-Functional Set With A Slide, Climbing Equipment, Swings, A Carousel, A Rocker, A Sandbox And Thematic Play Equipment. The Scope Of Work Includes Preparation Of The Area, Construction Of A Sand Surface With Edges, Foundation And Assembly Of Equipment, And Construction Of A Fence With An Entrance And An Information Board With Regulations. The Age Group Using The Playground Is Defined As 6 To 12 Years Old. Note: For The Scope Covered By This Order, A Sand Surface Is Assumed. The Provisions And Drawings Of The Project Providing For Artificial Grass, Polyurethane Surface And Cavernous Concrete Base In This Respect Do Not Apply. 6. The Order Should Include:  Geodetic Marking Of The Playground,  Securing And Marking The Work Area, In Particular Against Access By Children And Unauthorized Persons,  Demolition Of The Existing Surface Along With The Removal And Management Of Waste,  Removal Of The Topsoil Layer. The Ordering Party Will Indicate The Place Of Topsoil Collection Within 10 Km From The Place Of Works. Topsoil Is The Property Of The Ordering Party.  Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil. The Organization Of Works Should Be Adapted To The Functioning Of The School. The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect The Existing Land Development, Utilities
