1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1.1. Exhibition And Arrangement Part (Task 1) Including In Particular: A) Developing A Concept For A Permanent Exhibition On The History Of The City Of Radzionków, Which Is To Be Presented In The Form Of A Journey Through The Citys Past From Medieval Times To The Present Day By Showing The Character Of The Town And Its Inhabitants As Well As Significant Events That Have Shaped Radzionków Over The Centuries. The Concept Should Be Prepared In Three (3) Separate Variants Along With Visualizations, Descriptions And A Preliminary Scenario Based On The List Of Exhibits, Artifacts And Archival Materials Provided By The Ordering Party As Part Of The Order Documents, And Submitting Three Different Concepts To The Ordering Party In Order To Select One Concept From Among Those Presented For Approval; B) Developing A Detailed Exhibition Scenario Based On The Variant Of The Exhibition Concept Selected And Approved By The Ordering Party; C) Introducing Changes And Additions To The Exhibition Concept, Script And Visualization, Submitted By The Ordering Party In The Course Of Their Development In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In This Agreement; D) Carrying Out Works And Arrangement Works Based On The Scenario And Exhibition Concept Approved By The Ordering Party, Including: Comprehensive Execution And Assembly Of The Exhibition Including Elements Resulting From The Concept, Scenario And Visualization Approved By The Ordering Party, And All Elements Necessary For The Functioning Of The Exhibition;1.2. Design And Construction Part (Task 2) Including In Particular: A) Development Of Design Documentation Including A Change In The Use Of The Attic (Taking Into Account The Technical Expertise On Fire Protection Of Part Of The Building Of The Municipal Library At Ul. Gwarków 2 In Radzionków And Installation Designs) Along With Obtaining An Appropriate And Final Administrative Decision Allowing For The Implementation Of Construction Works And Carrying Out Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment; B) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Approved Design Documentation And The Appropriate Administrative Decision Obtained Authorizing The Implementation Of Construction Works; C) Obtaining And Submitting To The Ordering Party A Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit Or A Certificate From The Competent Construction Supervision Authority On The Lack Of Objection To The Notification Of Construction Completion.2.
