4.1.The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Entitled: Construction Of A Warehouse Hall For Storing Rescue Equipment And Devices For The Purposes Of Carrying Out Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense For The Tworóg Commune, In The Area (As The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order): Plots No. 887/122, 1093/122, Registration Unit: 241308_2 Tworóg, Precinct 0004 Koty, Ul. Topolowa 2, 42-690 Koty.4.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular: 1) On The Basis Of The Design And A Final Decision On The Building Permit (Obtained By The Ordering Party), The Contractors Performance Of Construction Works Within The Scope Provided For In The Order Documentation, Together With All Technical And Construction-Related Infrastructure, Including: A) The Performance Of All Temporary Works, Which Means All Works Needed To Perform The Subject Of The Contract And Removed After Their Completion, Which Should Be Performed In Order To Ensure Full Safety And Proper Organization Of The Construction Works Covered By The Contract. The Subject Of The Contract Using Materials And Protective And Security Devices In The Field Of Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection, Needed At The Construction Site To Perform And Complete The Works And Remove Defects, Including In Particular: Temporary Protection, Temporary Switching Of Networks And Installations, Fencing And Securing The Construction Site, Preparatory Works, Organization, Maintenance And Subsequent Liquidation Of The Construction Facilities; B) Obtaining On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Permits, Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions Of Administrative Bodies, All Required For The Proper And Lawful Implementation Of The Works Construction And Use Of The Buildings That Are The Subject Of This Contract (Except For Obtaining The Building Permit Itself And The Decision On The Occupancy Permit/Submitting A Notice Of Completion Of Construction - Which Are Carried Out Directly By The Ordering Party) Together With The Payment By The Contractor Of All Resulting Fees (E.G. Occupation Of The Road, Sidewalk, Etc.); Notice Of Completion Of Construction; D) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; E) Preparation Of All Documentation (In Particular In Accordance With Article 57 Of The Construction Law) Necessary For The Ordering Party To Obtain A Decision On The Building Occupancy Permit Or To Effectively Submit A Notice Of Completion Of Construction (Submitting The Documentation Prepared By The Contractor To Pinb Remains The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party).
