1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Expansion And Modernization Of The Wilcza Wola - Pniaki Municipal Road In Wilcza Wola. The Scope Of The Task Includes: - Preparatory And Demolition Works; - Execution Of Earthworks; - Execution Of Drainage Works; - Construction Of The Substructure; - Construction Of A Bituminous Surface Along The Entire Length Of The Modernized Section, Including: 4 Cm Thick Leveling Layer, 4 Cm Thick Wearing Course. - Construction Of Ramps; - Performance Of Finishing Works. The Contractors Obligations Will Include: A) Performance Of All Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement In Accordance With This Agreement, Materials For Reporting Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities And Currently Applicable Standards Polish Construction Law, Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis And Other Applicable Legal Provisions In This Respect, B) Developing A Work Implementation Schedule; C) Ensuring The Necessary Surveying Services, Marking Out Facilities And Preparing And Agreeing On A Post-Construction Surveying Inventory Of The Subject Of The Agreement And Submitting It To The Ordering Party In 2 Copies In Paper Version, D) Arrangement, Development And Security Of The Construction Site And Works As Well As Maintenance Of The Above-Mentioned Components In Proper Condition, Including Securing The Work Site Against Access By Unauthorized Persons, Constructing And Maintaining Fencing Of The Work Site, Temporary Roads, Access Roads And Ensuring Construction Supervision, E) Tidying Up The Area Adjacent To The Work Site, F) Organizing Work In Compliance With Health And Safety And Fire Protection Conditions Specified In Detailed Regulations, G) Persons Staying On The Construction Site On Behalf Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor Carrying Out Works/Works On The Construction Site Will Have Ids Allowing Verifying The Company Of The Contractor Or Subcontractors, E.G. Warning Vests With The Name Of The Company, H) Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works; I) Participating In The Acceptance Process Of The Facility, J) Preparing The Final Settlement And Preparing 1 Copy Of The Clearance Report, Which Is To Include The Contract, Offer, Detailed Cost Estimate, Contracts With Possible Subcontractors, Schedule, Handover Report Of The Construction Site, Covered Works Reports, Material Testing, Approvals, Surveying Report Along With Confirmation Of Submission To The Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center, Financial Settlement, As-Built Cost Estimates, Notification Of Completion Of Works And Notification For Acceptance Of The Task, Declarations Of Authorized Works Managers.2.The Detailed Scope And Method Of Performing The Works Are Specified In: 1) Specification Of The Terms Of Order; 2) Design Documentation; 3) Bills Of Quantities, Which Are Only An Auxiliary Document, 4) Formal And Legal Documents; 5) Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Work
