Subject Matter Of The Order1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Reconstruction Of Lipowa And Bukowa Streets In Łask - I/21/60016/2025, Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Lipowa And Bukowa Streets In Łask, Including The Construction Of A One-Sided Sidewalk, Individual And Public Exits, As Well As The Replacement Of Existing Curbs On Both Sides Of The Asphalt Road. The Investment Aims To Improve Road And Pedestrian Traffic Safety Conditions, Adapt The Existing Communication System To Modern Standards And Organize The Development Of The Road Lane. The Project Covers Plots No. 314 (Lipowa Street) And 322 (Bukowa Street), Registration District 0001, City Of Łask.2) The Following Works/Activities Are Expected To Be Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Order: A) Preparation Of The Site For Construction, B) Performance Of Necessary Earthworks And Demolition Works, C) Construction Of A One-Sided Sidewalk Made Of Concrete Cubes, D) Construction And Reconstruction Of Individual And Public Exits, E) Replacement Concrete Curbs On Both Sides Of The Road, F) Adjustment Of The Surface Drainage System, G) Construction Of Edges Separating The Sidewalk From The Greenery, H) Adjustment Of The Gradeline To The Existing Road And Roadsides, I) Restoration Of Greenery, J) Supplementation Of Marking Elements And Traffic Safety Devices In Accordance With The Permanent Traffic Organization Design.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Contract Template, Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annexes No. 6, 7 And 8 To Swz.
