The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction And Renovation Of An Existing Farm Building. The Reconstruction And Renovation Will Consist In Improving The Technical And Aesthetic Parameters Of External And Internal Partitions (Vertical And Horizontal) And Introducing New Construction And Architectural Elements. The Investment Will Include The Construction Of Two Residential Premises. 3. The Order Mainly Includes: - Dismantling Of The Annex And Cells, - Partial Dismantling Of The Wooden Ceiling, - Dismantling Of Wooden Stairs, - Construction Of New Internal Load-Bearing Walls With Foundations, - Construction Of A New Ceiling And Stairs, - Correction Of Dimensions And Installation Of New Or Replacement Of Old Windows And Doors, - Construction Of Chimneys, - Reconstruction Of External Vertical And Internal Horizontal Partitions, - Carrying Out Wall Protection Works When Required, - Replacement Of Roofing. Roof With Possible Replacement Of Worn-Out Roof Truss Elements, - Replacement Of Existing Plaster Coatings, - Replacement Of Existing Internal Installations, - Construction Of A Liquid Gas Tank Installation, Including Installation Of A Ground Tank And Connection. 4.
