The Scope Of The Order Covers 3 Areas: 1) The Area Of Osiedle Niewiadów, Plot 30/12.2) The Area Of Osiedle Niewiadów On Plot 1228.3) The Area Of The Town Of Mącznik On Plot 119.4.Under The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: 1) A Construction Design Including A Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Annexes To The Construction Design And A Technical Design For The Following Industries: Architectural, Sanitary And Greenery, 2) Detailed Design Divided Into Industries, 3) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 4) Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities, 5) Implementation Documentation As Well As Obtaining Decisions, Building Permits And Arrangements. 5.Moreover, Depending On The Location, The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Construction Works And Services, In Particular: 1) Construction Of Rain Gardens, 2) Construction Of A Connection And External Water Supply System, 3) Construction Of An Irrigation Installation With A Retention Tank, 4) Establishment Of A Flower Meadow, 5) Construction Of New Flower Beds With Plantings, 6) Landscaping, 7) Construction Of A Lawn, 8) Organizing The Trees, Felling Trees And Shrubs,9) Maintenance Works Within The Existing Tree Stand,10)Construction Of Hardening The Area With Mineral Surfaces,11)Installation Of Solar Lighting,12)Installation Of Small Architecture Objects.All Other Information, Guidelines, Technical Requirements And Formal And Legal Conditions Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Project, Obtaining The Required Decisions And Complete Implementation Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services, Have Been Included In Detail In The Other Procurement Documents, In Particular In (Pfu).
