4.3.The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Delivery, Execution, Commissioning And Commissioning Of The Modernization Of Existing Street Lighting In The Podegrodzie Commune. The Investment Includes Replacing Selected Sodium, Mercury And Other Discharge Fixtures With Energy-Saving Led Fixtures, Modernizing Control Systems In Lighting Cabinets And Implementing Remote Management Of Selected Circuits. The Aim Of The Project Is To Reduce Energy Consumption And Operating Costs, Improve The Quality And Uniformity Of Road Lighting, Increase User Safety, Improve Technical Service And Enable The Commune To Monitor And Change Circuit Operation Schedules On An Ongoing Basis Without The Need To Visit The Cabinet Every Time. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 8, 9, 10, 11 To Swz.4.4.Moreover, As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Work Necessary For The Execution Of The Order, Including: A) Arrange Work Facilities, B) Secure The Works In Terms Of Occupational Health And Safety - This Also Applies To Ensuring The Safety Conditions Of All Persons Authorized To Be On The Construction Site, C) Organize And Carry Out The Necessary Tests, Examinations And Acceptances For The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, D) Cover Any Damage Incurred During The Execution Of The Order (Including: To Third Parties), E) Restore The Areas Occupied For The Execution Of The Order To Their Original Condition, Including The Dismantling Of All Auxiliary Devices, F) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.
