The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Laundry And Disinfection Services For The Needs Of The Prison In Włocławek According To The Cpv Classification:98310000-9 - Laundry And Dry Cleaning Services 98311000-6 - Laundry Collection Services98315000-4 - Ironing Services98312000-3 - Textile Cleaning Services2.Estimated Amount Of Laundry To Be Washed In 2027: 70,000 Kilograms.3.The Following Assortment Will Be Washed: Colored Assortment: Prison Sweatshirt, Prison Trousers, Prison Shirt, Prison Pajamas, Work Clothes, Winter Jacket, Towel, Dishcloth, Blanket. White Assortment: Sheet, Pillowcase - The Ironing Requirement Applies To Sheets And Pillowcases.4.The Estimated Quantities Of Products For The Provision Of Services Indicated In The Description Are Indicative And May Change During The Public Procurement Procedure And Later During The Duration Of The Contract. The Final Number Of Services Ordered Will Result From The Actual Needs Of The Prison In Włocławek5.The Contractor Will Provide Free Of Charge Containers/Baskets Etc. To The Prison In Włocławek For The Purpose Of Collecting Laundry. The Prison In Włocławek Concludes An Agreement With The Contractor To Lend Containers/Baskets.6.Collection Of Dirty Goods And Delivery Of Clean Goods Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor And At His Expense.7.The Collection Of Dirty Goods And The Delivery Of Clean Goods Will Be Made In The Warehouse Of The Prison In Włocławek, On The Basis Of The Laundry Turnover Certificate Containing The Total Weight And The Type Of The Collected And Delivered Goods.8.Collection Of Dirty Goods From The Prison In Włocławek Will Take Place On Mondays And Thursdays Between 8:00 A.M. And 11:00 A.M. And In The Case Of An Additional Collection Arranged By Phone Or E-Mail, On The Date Agreed With The Ordering Party, Except For Public Holidays.9.Delivery Of Clean Assortment To The Prison In Włocławek Will Be Made From Monday To Friday During Administrative Working Hours, Excluding Public Holidays, Within A Period No Longer Than 7 Days From The Date Of Receipt. If The Collection Or Delivery Falls On A Non-Working Day, The Service Will Be Postponed To The First Business Day After The Non-Working Day.10.The Contractor Is Obliged To Count And Weigh The Assortment With Its Own Verified Equipment At The Time Of Receipt And Delivery. 1) Only Weigh Dry Products. 2) The Scale On Which The Assortment Will Be Weighed Must Have A Current And Legible Verification Of Verification In The Form Of A Verification Sticker And A Rating Plate Or Other Proof Of Verification.
