Work Detail
1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of Workshop, Teaching, Social And Warehouse Buildings. Buildings Of The Zsckr Practical Vocational Training Workshops In Sandomierz-Mokoszyn. Stage 2 Construction And Renovation Works For 2026. Renovation Works Related To The Subject Of The Order Will Consist In Construction And Adaptation Works, The Detailed Scope And Description Of Which Is Included In: Technical (Design) Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Description, Constituting Annexes To The Swz. All Necessary Construction Works Necessary To Complete The Task Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Attached Documentation And Bill Of Quantities. Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Settlement, The Contractors Offer Cost Estimate Should Be Treated As Auxiliary Material For Calculating The Global Gross Price Given In The Offer Form. (The Cost Estimate Attached To The Offer Is A Required Element Of The Submitted Offer, Due To Possible Settlement Disputes That May Arise Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor During The Final Acceptance Of The Works).2. Note: Upon Completion Of All Renovation Works, The Ordering Party Expects The Full Scope Of Work To Be Completed And The Installation To Be Launched.3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts For The Following Reasons: Quantitative Division Involving The Division Of Works Would Result In Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution Due To The Loss Of Economies Of Scale And Would Result In An Excessive Extension Of The Order Completion Date. For All Renovation Works Performed In 2026, Covered By The Subject Of The Order, There Is One Separate And Jointly Related Design And Technical Documentation. The Entire Order Covers One Subject Scope. The Works Will Be Performed Within The Same Time Frame And On This Basis. The Same Area, The Scope Of Work Is Covered By The Entire Order And One Contract. Difficulties In Coordinating The Activities Of Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order In The Same Area Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper And Timely Execution Of The Order. The Value Of The Order Does Not Exceed The Eu Thresholds And The Previous Experience Of The Ordering Party Shows That Mainly Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Apply For Such An Order, So The Scope Of The Order Is Adapted To The Needs Of The Sme Sector Without The Need To Further Fragment The Scope Of The Order.4. Information Regarding The On-Site Visit By The Contractor: The Ordering Party Will Enable And Recommend, But Does Not Require, That The Contractors Carry Out An On-Site Visit Of The Place Of Execution Of The Order In Order To Obtain Any Data That May Be Useful For Preparing The Offer And Implementing The Subject Of The Contract. Omission Of The On-Site Visit Does Not Release The Contractor From The Correct Calculation Of The Offer Price. In Order To Arrange An On-Site Visit, Please Contact The Persons Designated To Communicate With The Contractors (Point Ix. Swz).
