The Ordering Party Will Provide Him With Appropriate Powers Of Attorney For This Purpose. The Contractor Will Attach To The Project A Declaration That It Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Contract, Applicable Regulations, Standards And Guidelines And That It Has Been Completed In A Complete Condition From The Point Of View Of The Purpose For Which It Is To Be Served. The Construction Project Planned For Implementation Should Be Carried Out Based On The Applicable Procedures For Obtaining Appropriate Decisions. If It Is Necessary To Interfere With Private Land, The Procedure For Permitting The Implementation Of A Road Investment Or The Regulation Of Land Ownership And Obtaining Consents From The Owners Of Private Plots Should Be Taken Into Account. The Contractor Undertaking The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Obliged To Perform It In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994, As Amended.
