The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of Heating Diesel Oil For The School And Kindergarten Complex In Bolimów. The Supplied Heating Diesel Oil Must Meet The Following Parameters At A Reference Temperature Of 15°C: 1) Ignition Temperature: Not Lower Than 61 ° C, 2) Sulfur Content: Not More Than 0.2% M/M, 3) Calorific Value: Not Lower Than 42.6 Mj/Kg, 4) Water Content: Not More Than 200 Mg/Kg,5) Density At 150 C: Not More Than 860 Kg/M3. Place Of Delivery: Bolimów, Ul. Sokołowska 24, 99-417 Bolimów. The Estimated Total Quantity Of Supplies Of Heating Diesel Oil Is 50 M3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Oil Supplied, In Relation To The Quantities Specified In Point 3.4., Due To Weather And Atmospheric Conditions Or As A Result Of Other Factors Affecting The Ordering Partys Demand For The Quantity Of Oil Deliveries. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Compensation Against The Ordering Party Due To The Change Of The Order. Settlement For Deliveries Will Be Made In Accordance With The Actual Quantity Of Oil Delivered. The Subject Of The Order Includes Loading, Transport To The Destination And Unloading Of Oil. The Oil Will Be Delivered Successively, As Needed By The Ordering Party, Each Time On The Basis Of A Partial Order Placed By The Ordering Party, Specifying The Quantity And Delivery Date. The Oil Must Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Boiler Room On Working Days From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. The Delivery Must Be Carried Out Using Specialized Equipment And Tanks Intended For The Transport Of Fuel Oil, Equipped With Appropriate, Certified Fuel Flow Meters And Equipped With The Necessary Devices For Trouble-Free Pumping Of Oil Into The Tanks. Transport Of Fuels Should Meet The Requirements Of Relevant Legal Regulations, Including Those Regarding Fire Safety, Road Traffic And Environmental Protection. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Quality Certificate (Certificate) For Each Batch Of Oil Delivered. Each Time The Oil Is Pumped Into The Ordering Partys Tank, It Will Only Take Place In The Presence Of A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Terms Of Reference Along With The Annexes.
