The Order Includes Successive Deliveries Of The Subject Of The Order, Carried Out In Quantities And On Dates Resulting From Partial Orders Placed By A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party, During The Term Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Presented In The Offer Must Be Admitted To Trading In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, And Should Have Appropriate Standards And Certificates. The Coal Must Be Delivered In A Condition Enabling Its Proper Use In The Ordering Partys Retort Boilers And Meet The Requirements Specified In This Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Eco-Pea Coal, Should Have Parameters Not Worse Than: - Min. Calorific Value. 26,000 Mj/Kg - Ash Content In Working Condition - Up To 7% - Sulfur Content In Working Condition - Up To 0.6% - Total Moisture In Working Condition - Up To 15% - Sinterability - Up To 10 Ris Estimated Quantitative Demand For The Duration Of The Contract: 520 Tons. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Indicated Quantity Of The Subject Of The Contract To A Maximum Of 30% During The Term Of The Contract, Depending On Current Needs.
