Name Of The Task: Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies, Implementation Of The Task Through The Purchase Of Two 160 Kva Power Generators, Stationary And Mobile.2.Description Of The Subject Of The Order:2.1.The Scope Of Work Covered By The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment: 1) Generator With A Capacity Of 160 Kva (~100 Kw) With An Automatic Start System (Ats) - Mobile, With Permits And Meeting Legal Standards.2) Generator With A Capacity Of 160 Kva (~ 100 Kw) With An Automatic Start System (Ats) - Stationary, With Permits Allowing And Meeting Legal Standards. B) Assembly And Installation: 1) Carrying Out The Required Tests And Examinations C) Technical Documentation: 1) Obtaining The Required Technical Acceptance, Including The Office Of Technical Inspection. The Contractor Will Provide Acceptance Protocols To The Ordering Party.2) Preparation Of Commissioning Protocols.D) Employee Training:1) Conducting Training For Operating Personnel In The Safe Operation Of Generators, Startup Procedures, Refueling, Fuel Level Control, Response To Failures And Basic Service Activities.E) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With:1) In Accordance With The Obligations Specified In This Contract,3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting An Integral Part Of This Tor. 4. Specified In Annex No. 2 Requirements (Technical And Operational Parameters) Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Minimum Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows The Subject Of The Order To Be Offered With Better Parameters, Which Should Be Described In Annex No. 2A - Technical Specification Of The Offered Unit.5.The Contractor Undertakes To Properly Perform The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz And The Provisions Of The Draft Contract As Well As The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Principles Of Due Diligence And Applicable Standards And Regulations.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date At Least 2 Days In Advance. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place Between 8.00 A.M. And 2.00 P.M.
