1) The Subject Of Part No. 1 Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Energy, Efficiency And Flexibility Audit Of The Facilities Of The Polkowice Commune And Implementation Of Facility-Based Energy Management Systems In The Facilities Of The Polkowice Commune. The Energy Audit, Efficiency And Flexibility Audit And Implementation Of Facility-Based Energy Management Systems Cover All Facilities Of The Polkowice Commune Specified In The Opz.2) As Part Of Part No. 1 Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Energy Audits And Audits Of Energy Efficiency And Flexibility, The Aim Of Which Is To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of Facilities, Identify Opportunities To Optimize Operating Costs, Reduce The Carbon Footprint And Ensure Compliance With The Requirements Of The National Recovery And Resilience Plan, As Well As The Construction Of An Intelligent It System With The Necessary Telemetry, Measurement And Communication Equipment Enabling Energy Management And, If Possible, Hvac (I.E. Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning) And Dms (Danger Management System) In The Indicated Facilities Belonging To The Copperbelt Energy Cluster. The Implementations Are Intended To Contribute To Improving Flexibility, Optimizing The Energy Balance Of A Given Facility, Improving Its Energy Efficiency, Which In The Future Will Enable Integration With The Energy Management System (Hereinafter Referred To As The Central System) To Influence The Balance Of The Entire Cluster.
