Tenders Are Invited For Procurement Of It Equipment Under Export Assistance Program For Smes

REQUEST FOR BIDS PROCUREMENT OF GOODS 1. The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) invites Bids through EPADS v2.0 for the Procurement of IT Equipment under Export Assistance Program for SMEs (EAP) with the reference of P117511 from eligible Bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 for procurement of goods described in the bidding documents. 2. Export Assistance Program for SMEs (EAP) has received Funds from Export Development Fund (EDF) for the procurement planned for FY 2026-27. EAP intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Fund to cover eligible payments under the contract. 3. Single Stage-One Envelope will be used by adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) Technique for the subject procurement, in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and any Regulations, Regulatory Guides, Procurement Guidelines or Instructions issued by the Authority from time to time. 4. The bidders may submit their bids for one or more categories. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee / Pay Order / Demand Draft / Call at Deposit equal to the amounts given against each Category, as given in bidding document. Original Bid Security must be submitted at SMEDA Head Office prior to the bid opening date and time. Whereas, scanned copy of Bid Security must also be uploaded on EPADS along with bid submission. 5. E-Bidding documents, containing detailed terms & conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/117511 for all the interested bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 and SMEDA website https://smeda.org/. Bidders are required to get themselves registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in Bidding process. 6. The e-bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-Bidding Documents, must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, October 21, 2026 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened using EPADS v2.0 on the same day at Wednesday, October 21, 2026 11:30 AM. Manual submission of Bids shall not be entertained. Those vendors who have not yet registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0, may register themselves on https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
