Tenders are invited for Procurement of 18 AI Portable X-ray The Project Administration Group under the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Integrated Regional Health Security and Primary Healthcare Services Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB. This contract will be jointly financed by Green Climate Fund, Japan Fund for Prosperous and Resilient Asia and the Pacific, Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response Fund. The eligibility rules and procedures of ADB will govern the bidding process. 2. The Project Administration Group under the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan ("the Purchaser") invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of 18 AI Portable X-ray. Delivery period is 6 months from the contract signing date. 3. Open competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADBs Single-Stage: OneEnvelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document. 4. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding: · Historical Financial Performance: Submission of audited financial statements or, if not required by the law of the Bidders country, other financial statements acceptable to the Purchaser, for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, 2025) to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidders financial position. As a minimum, the Bidders net worth for the last year calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive.
