Tenders are invited for Grass Cutting & Garden Maintenance Service at ITI Malabe Premises for the Year 2026/2027. The Sealed Bids are invited by the undersigned from prospective bidders for the maintenance (Grass Cutting & Garden Maintenance Service) of ITI at No.503A, Halbarawa Gardens, Thalahena, Malabe for the year 2026/2027. The selected service provider is required to enter into an agreement with ITI for a period specified by ITI. All eligible bids to be submitted with the bid security of Rs. 40,000/= (Forty Thousand Rupees only) along with an unconditional guarantee obtained from a Commercial Bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka payable to the Director General of Industrial Technology Institute or Cash deposits to ITI. Offers should be made on forms obtainable from the Supplies Section on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- Bid forms will be issued from 30.09.2026 to 19.10.2026 between 10.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. The completed forms should be sent to reach the undersigned at or before 10.00 a.m. on 20.10.2026 under registered cover or deposited in the Industrial Technology Institute Tender Box available at HR Department, Industrial Technology Institute, No. 503A, Halbarawa Gardens, Thalahena, Malabe. Late bids will be rejected.
