Tenders Are Invited For Providing Security Services

Tenders are invited for Providing Security Services for Advanced Technological Institute - Dehiwala for Year 2026/27. The Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee on behalf of Advanced Technological Institute, Dehiwala invites sealed bids from eligible, non-blacklisted, registered as business institutions providing Security Services and duly registered with the Ministry of Defense. Interested bidders may obtain a complete set of bidding documents from the Finance Division of ATI, Dehiwala from 01-10-2026 to 21-10-2026 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days producing the receipt for the payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 3500.00 paid to the Finance Division of Advanced Technological Institute, Dehiwala. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security amount of 1% of the annual contract bid price to be valid for 105 days from the date of Bid opening. The bid security should be obtained from any commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in favor of "Director, Advanced Technological Institute, Dehiwala" Duly completed sealed Bidding documents marked "Providing Security Services for the year 2026/27" on the top left hand corner of the envelope and deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Advanced Technological Institute, Dehiwala. Bid documents should be received before 2.00 p.m. to institute on 22-10-2026. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened soon after the closing time of bids. Bidders or their authorized representatives are allowed to be present at the time of opening of bids.
