Request for Proposal For Selection Of Consultancy Services For The Relocation Of The Base Hospital Dambulla & Consultancy Services For Maintenance Works Of Hospitals And Institutes

Tenders are invited for Selection of Consultancy Services for the Relocation of the Base Hospital Dambulla & Consultancy Services for Maintenance Works of Hospitals and Institutes under the Ministry of Health & Mass Media. Eligibility Criteria a) Selection of Consultancy Services for the Relocation of the Base Hospital Dambulla. (i) The consultant must be a legally registered firm or entity in Sri Lanka (ii) Must have a minimum of 10 years of continuous experience in providing consortium consultancy services for infrastructure developments (iii) Experience in preparing at least three (3) hospital Master Plans over the last 10 years. At least one project must be for a hospital with more than 200 beds or a tertiary-level healthcare facility. (iv) Experience in providing consortium consultancy services, including construction supervision for a healthcare building project with a project value of LKR 750 million over the last 10 years. (v) Average annual turnover from consultancy services over the last 3 years should be at least LKR 150 million. (Audited financial statement shall be submitted) b) Consultancy Services for Maintenance Works of Hospitals and Institutes under the Ministry of Health & Mass Media. (i) Minimum of 08 years continuous experience in providing consortium consultancy services for maintenance of healthcare infrastructure covering key health care service specialties including Accidents and Emergency Care Units, operating theaters, ICUS, CSSDs, where the average value of consultancy service of maintenance works shall not be less than LKR 50 Million during the last 10 years. (ii) Average annual turnover over the last 5 years should be at least LKR 300 Million (Audited Financial statements shall be submitted).
