Respondent Shall Provide The Level Of Services Required In The Rfp And Meet Other Requirements That Are In The Best Interests Of Ers, Its Members, And The State Of Texas (State).Respondent Shall Be Required To Execute A Contract (Contract) Satisfactory To, Ers For A Period That Begins Upon Execution Of The Contract By Ers And Extends For Four (4) Years, With An Option To Extend Upon Agreement Of Both Parties. It Is Anticipated The Contract Will Be Executed In October 2026.To Be Eligible For Consideration, Respondent Is Required To Submit Its Response To The Rfp (Proposal) In Accordance With The Instructions Set Forth In The Rfp.
