Tenders Are Invited For Framework Agreement On Building Pollutants: Demolition, Pollutant Remediation And Disposal Work

The Subject Of The Tender Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With Up To Three Contractors For Pollutant Remediation, Demolition And Associated Gutting Work In Existing Buildings. The Term Is Four Years With The Option Of Two Extensions Of One Year Each (Max. Four Years). The Services Are Called Up As Needed For Different Call Situations, In Particular Accidents, Maintenance Measures And Projects. Pricing Is Determined Using A Standard Price Catalog. For This Purpose, Standard Prices Are Set For Larger-Scale Measures; Surcharges For Medium And Small-Scale Measures Are Requested Separately. The Quantitative Estimates Contained In The List Of Services Are Used Exclusively To Evaluate The Offer And Represent Non-Binding Estimates. The Disposal Of Hazardous Waste Is Not Part Of The Framework Agreement And Is Carried Out Via The Clients Separate Disposal Contracts.
