With The Current Awarding Procedure, The Selection Of A Contractor Should Be Ensured, Through Which A Complete, Complex Solution To An Infrastructure Issue For The Object: Rehabilitation Of A Park In The Village Of Ustrem, Topolovgrad Municipality Can Be Achieved.Within The Framework Of This Assignment, The Following Should Be Implemented: Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase For The Site: Rehabilitation Of A Park In The Village Of Ustrem, Topolovgrad Municipality And Implementation Of Authors Supervision During Construction. The Design Team Of The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise Authors Supervision During Construction On All Parts Of The Project According To Art. 162 Of The Zut. The Designer Of The Relevant Part Must Be Present At The Drawing Up Of All Acts And Protocols Requiring The Participation Of A Designer, Mandatory According To The Category Of Construction According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 For The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction. Implementation Of The Planned Construction Works, According To The Prepared Project Documentation. The Warranty Periods For The Site Are In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 On Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites.The Full Scope And Exhaustive List Of The Activities To Be Performed By The Contractor Are Indicated In The Technical Specification Attached To The Participation Documentation.​​​​​​​
