The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Pellets For The Needs Of The Konstantin Petkanov Su - Burgas For A Period Of 12 Months.The Order Includes Periodic Deliveries Of A1 Class Wood Pellets, Packed In Big Bags With A Net Quantity Of 1000 Kg Each, Transport To The Meden Rudnik District Heating Plant, Burgas, Unloading And Emptying Of The Pellets Directly Into The Silo, Collection And Removal Of Empty Packaging And Waste From The Contractors Activities.The Contractor Provides, At His Own Expense, The Necessary Means Of Transport, A Crane Or Other Suitable Lifting Equipment, Accessories And Legally Competent Personnel For The Complete And Safe Execution Of The Deliveries.The Detailed Requirements For The Product And The Performance Are Defined In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, And The Draft Contract - Appendix No. 2 To The Documentation.The Estimated Total Quantity For The Term Of The Contract Is 65 (Sixty-Five) Tons Of Net Mass Of Pellets. One Ton Is Equal To 1000 Kg, Excluding The Mass Of Packaging And Pallets.The Amount Is Indicative And Does Not Represent A Maximum Allowable Amount. The Contracting Authority May Request Less Or More Than 65 Tons According To Its Actual Needs, Within The Term And Limit Value Of The Contract.The Maximum Total Quantity Is Determined By Dividing The Threshold Value Of €26,000.00 Excluding Vat By The Agreed Unit Price Per Tonne Excluding Vat And Rounding The Result Down To A Whole Number Of Tonnes.The Quantity Per Request Is Up To 12 Tons. Smaller Requests Are Allowed In Whole Big Bags Of 1000 Kg Net, According To The Free Capacity Of The Silo And The Free Financial Balance Under The Contract.The Procuring Entity Has No Obligation To Purchase The Estimated Or Maximum Quantity Or To Fully Absorb The Contracts Marginal Value. No Compensation Is Due For Undeclared Quantities.
