The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Op1 - Delivery Of An Estimated Quantity Of Diesel Motor Fuel B6 – 1,500,000 L /One Million Five Hundred Thousand Liters/ With An Estimated Value Of 2,325,000 Euros Without Vat. Quantities Are Approximate And Are Based On Projected Consumption. Detailed Information On The Requirements And Conditions For Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In The Technical Specification.According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 For Supplies And Services And The Total Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order. The Contracting Authority Will Use The Specified Procedure For Awarding Op 2 - Supply Of Gasoline With An Estimated Value Of 7,450 Euros Without Vat And Op 3 - Supply Of Gas With An Estimated Value Of 180 Euros Without Vat, Since The Value Of The Supplies Under These Ops Fall Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop – By Direct Assignment.
