Develop A Comprehensive Study That Allows Evaluating The Impacts, Costs, Benefits And Enabling Conditions Of The Incorporation Of Heavy Electric Vehicles And An Eventual Increase In The Weight Of The Steering Axle And Its Maximum Gross Vehicle Weight Allowed For Them. The Study Must Consider The Effects On Road Infrastructure, The Environment, The Energy System And Production Chains; The Current And Projected Composition Of The Fleet Under Different Scenarios. Its Purpose Will Be To Generate Background Information For The Regulation, Planning, Conservation And Management Of Road Heritage, Identifying The Conditions And Milestones Under Which A Regulatory Adaptation Would Be Socially Beneficial.
