Tenders are invited for Construction, Repairs, Renovations & Electrical Works of Buildings & Roads for the Year 2027. Applications are hereby invited by the University of Peradeniya from experienced Civil Engineering contractors who wish to register themselves with the University of Peradeniya for the year 2027 to undertake repairs, renovations, and construction of buildings and roads. Those desirous are requested to indicate the grade, registration number and value of registration under the scheme of National Registration and Grading of Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA) and also similar details pertaining to any other registrations from the Department of Buildings, State Corporations, and Government Departments etc. Applications can be obtained from the Shroff of the University of Peradeniya, on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. from 01st October 2026 to 30th October 2026 by paying a non-refundable application fee of Sri Lankan Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred (Rs 2,500.00) in cash. The applications can also be downloaded from the University website www.pdn.ac.lk. Those who are obtaining applications from the University website should submit the applications along with a 90 days valid Bank Draft drawn in favour of the "Bursar, University of Peradeniya" for Sri Lankan Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred (Rs 2,500.00) as the non-refundable fee. Applications in duplicate should be sent under a registered cover marked "Registration of Contractors 2027" on the top left hand corner of the envelope to reach the Registrar, University of Peradeniya, Peradeniya on or before 30th October 2026.
