Tenders are invited for Consultancy to Conduct the 2026 Seasonal Malaria Chemoprevention End-of-Round Survey Project: Seasonal Malaria Chemoprevention (SMC) Location: Nine districts in the Karamoja region: Moroto, Nabilatuk, Amudat, Nakapiripirit, Kotido, Napak, Abim, Karenga and Kaabong Reporting to: Anthony Nuwa, Malaria Consortium Anticipated timeframe: 19 October 18 November 2026 Fee: Based on the approved financial proposal and subject to the agreed contract ceiling Application Interested consultants or firms shall submit one complete application by Friday October 9, 2026 at 17:00 (5pm, UGT+3). Quote the MC-UG-TOR-2026-10-001- SMC in the subject line. The technical and financial proposals should be clearly separated. Applications received after the deadline, submitted through another channel, or missing required documentation may be rejected as nonresponsive. A signed cover letter explaining the applicants suitability for the assignment and availability during the proposed period. An up-to-date curriculum vitae for the lead consultant and, for firms, the CVs and proposed roles of all key personnel. A technical proposal of no more than two pages outlining the applicants understanding of the assignment, proposed methodology, quality-assurance approach, team composition and workplan. Evidence of at least two comparable assignments, including client names, dates, scope and contactable references. A financial proposal in USD, inclusive of all applicable taxes and costs, with a clear breakdown by professional fees, fieldwork, travel, data collection and other major cost categories.
