Work Detail
Environmental Planning – Drawing Up A Municipal Policy Plan For Space In Beerse Incl. Plan-Mer. Object Of These Services: Drawing Up A Municipal Spatial Policy Plan Beerse (Gbrb), Including Eia Plan. Explanation: The Beerse Municipal Spatial Structure Plan Was Approved In 2007. Although The Spatial Principles And Vision From This Structure Plan Are Still Relevant To A Certain Extent, A Revision Of Our Vision On Space Is Necessary. This Revision Serves To Integrate Current Social And Climatic Challenges And To Address The Further Growth And Development Of The Municipality In A Sustainable And Smart Way. The Spatial Policy Plan Will Be A New Framework That Will Guide The Spatial Development Of The Municipality For The Coming Years. A Strategic Vision Sets Out The Desired Long-Term Spatial Development. Beerse Is Spatially Characterized By A Strong Interaction Between Open Space, Housing And Economic Development. The Municipality Has Extensive Agricultural, Nature And Forest Areas That Have An Important Landscape, Ecological And Recreational Value. The Residential Areas Of Beerse And Vlimmeren Offer An Attractive Living Environment And, Partly Due To Their Location Near Turnhout, Play An Important Role Within The Regional Residential Structure. In Addition, Beerse Is An Economic Engine Within The Noorderkempen Thanks To The Presence Of Important Companies And Industrial Estates, While The Canal Zone Along The Dessel-Turnhout-Schoten Canal Functions As An Important Spatial And Economic Structure. The Challenge For The Future Is To Balance Quality Residential Developments, Economic Growth And The Preservation Of Open Space In A Sustainable Manner. For Three Themes To Be Determined, This Vision Will Then Be Translated Into Policy Frameworks In Which The Spatial Choices For The Medium Term Are Specified In More Concrete Terms. The Spatial Policy Plan Is A Growing Policy Plan. Policy Frameworks Must Be Easy To Add Or Adjust At A Later Stage. It Is Very Important For The Municipality That The Policy Frameworks Are Concrete And Achievable. Together With The Spatial Policy Plan, A Strategic Eia Plan Is Drawn Up That Maps The Potential Environmental Effects Of The Spatial Policy Plan And Ensures That The General Integral Impact Is Positive And Negative Effects Are Avoided Or Minimized Through Mitigating Measures. The Assignment Is Methodological, Process-Oriented And Substantive. We Also Explicitly Ask For Support In Setting Up A Communication And Participation Process. Place Of Service: De Loods, Dennenlaan 1, 2340 Beerse
