Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance And Supply Of Air Conditioning Installations For The National Air Quality Monitoring Network

Within The Measuring Air Quality (Mlk) Department Of The Environmental Quality Center (Mil) Of The Rivm, A Need Has Arisen For The Continuation Of A Maintenance Contract For Air Conditioning Installations For The National Air Monitoring Network, And The Supply Of New Air Conditioning Installations When Current Air Conditioning Installations Can No Longer Be Repaired. This Concerns The Air Conditioning Installations (Indoor And Outdoor Units) Of Approximately 52 Measuring Cabins Of The National Air Quality Monitoring Network (Lml). During The Term Of The Assignment, The Number Of Air Conditioning Installations Can Be Changed By The Client By A Maximum Of 15% Due To Adjustments In The Number Of Measuring Locations. The Air Conditioning Systems Require Annual Preventive Maintenance To Function Properly. In The Event Of Malfunctions, The Contractor Must Be Able To Be On Site Within 2 Working Days To Immediately Resolve Malfunctions Of The Air Conditioning Installations, If Possible, In Order To Guarantee The Continuity Of The Measurements. Air Conditioning Installations Will Also Have To Be Replaced When They Have Reached The End Of Their Technical Lifespan Or Can No Longer Be Repaired. The Purpose Of This European Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement Between The Rivm And One Contractor For The Maintenance And Supply Of Air Conditioning Installations For The National Air Quality Monitoring Network. The Estimated Contract Value For This Tender Is €172,000 Excluding Vat Based On The Maximum Term Of 4 Years. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Over The Entire Term Is € 227,000 Excluding Vat. Scope Of The Assignment The Assignment Concerns Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of The Current Air Conditioning Installations, And The Supply And Installation Of New Air Conditioning Installations For The National Air Quality Monitoring Network (Lml). The Assignment Concerns The Following Activities: Preventive Maintenance Consisting Of The Following: One (1) Time Per Year A Preventive Maintenance Service On All Current Air Conditioning Installations (Indoor And Outdoor Units) Of Approximately 52 Measuring Cabins Spread Throughout The Netherlands At The Lml. The Number Of Air Conditioning Installations Can Change By A Maximum Of 15% During The Term. Corrective Maintenance Consisting Of The Following: Repair Of The Air Conditioning Installations If Necessary, Whereby A Technician Must Be On Site Within 2 Working Days And Carry Out The Repair Immediately If Possible. Replace Parts If Necessary After Consultation With The Client. Supply And Installation Of New Air Conditioning Installations And The Removal Of The Old Air Conditioning Installations That Are Replaced With Them: Replacing Air Conditioning Installations That Have Reached The End Of Their Technical Lifespan Or Can No Longer Be Repaired. The Disposal Of Old Air Conditioning Installations That Have Been Replaced During The Delivery And Installation Of The New Air Conditioning Installations. Duration Of The Framework Agreement The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of Two (2) Years. The Framework Agreement Starts On February 13, 2027 And Ends By Operation Of Law On February 12, 2029. The Framework Agreement Contains Two (2) Options For Extension Of One (1) Year.
