The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Accepting The Following Types Of Waste For Management: A) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste With The Code 20 03 01; B) Paper And Cardboard Waste With Code 15 01 01; C) Metal, Plastic And Multi-Material Packaging Waste With Code 15 01 02; D) Glass Waste With Code 15 01 07; E) Biodegradable Kitchen Waste With Code 20 01 08, F) Biodegradable Waste With Code 20 02 01 The Estimated Mass Of Waste Intended For Waste Management Is 1,160 Mg. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Quantities Smaller Than Those Specified In The Subject Of The Order, Provided That The Ordering Party Undertakes To Perform At Least 60% Of The Contract Value. If Such A Situation Occurs, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect.
