The Maximum Value Includes A Provision During The Contract Period For Procurement Needs That Are Difficult To Estimate In Advance, The Extent Of Which Cannot Be Reliably Estimated At The Start Of The Procurement. The Maximum Value Does Not Describe The Purchasing Units Commitment To The Purchase Amount, But The Highest Possible Value Of The Purchase During The Contract Period. If The Maximum Value Has Been Reached Before The End Time Of The Fixed-Term Contract Or The Option Period That May Have Been Introduced, The Framework Arrangement Ends.
