The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Revitalization Of The Lisiniec Park In Częstochowa - Stage Iii - Construction Of The Pacific Recreation Zone In The Lisiniec Park, Consisting In The Design And Execution Of Works For The Task Carried Out In The Design And Build System. 1. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Execution Of The Task, Including: • Obtaining Current Maps For Design Purposes And Performing The Necessary Research; • Detailed Field Verification Of The Contract Execution Conditions; • Carrying Out Inventory Measurements (If Necessary); • Completing Geological Tests Of The Subsoil (If Necessary); • Obtaining All Technical Conditions, Opinions, Permits, Arrangements And Tests Required By Law And Separate Provisions Resulting From Legal Acts To The Extent Necessary To Develop Design Documentation And To Implement The Investment Based On The Prepared Documentation; • Preparing And Obtaining All Necessary Formal And Legal Documents As Well As Appropriate Opinions And Arrangements Enabling The Preparation Of Design Documentation, Obtaining A Building Permit And Carrying Out Construction Works; • Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation - Construction Design, Including Technical Design; • Consultations With The Ordering Party At Every Stage Of Preparing Design Documentation, Regarding Important Elements Affecting The Costs, Function And Architecture Of The Facility; • Obtaining The Ordering Partys Approval Regarding The Functional And Architectural Solutions Of The Facility At Each Stage Of Documentation Preparation And Before Obtaining Administrative Decisions, Including A Building Permit, Which Will Be Confirmed In Writing By The Contract Engineer And The Ordering Party; • Transfer Of Copyrights To Completed Design Studies; • Other Work Necessary To Complete The Order, Including Preparatory Work For The Preparation Of Design Documentation; • Obtaining A Building Permit With A Final Clause Or Reporting Construction Works, Depending On The Scope Of Documentation (Staged Work Is Allowed); • Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Design Documentation; • Equipping The Area With Permanent Elements, Carrying Out The Required Tests And Examinations; • Handing Over To The Ordering Party A Facility Ready For Use Along With The Completed Design And As-Built Documentation And All Permits Required By Applicable Law, Including A Final Decision On The Use Permit. 2.
