For This Subject Of The Order, The Design And Build Formula Applies - Which Means That The Element Of The Order, Treated As Stage I, Is Comprehensive, Complete Design Of The Project Understood As Complete Design, Cost Estimate And Technological Documentation, Along With Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb/Wwiorb) Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party And Other, Not Mentioned - Necessary For The Proper Commissioning Of The Facility And Obtaining Decisions, Permits And Other Legal Documents Required For This Type Of Facilities. 3.
