Object Of The Procurement Hansel Oy Is Bidding For The Light Vehicles 2026 Framework Arrangement Package, Which Consists Of 13 Independent Framework Arrangements For Light Vehicles. This Motorcycles A 2026 (0072007) Framework Arrangement Applies To Motorcycles And Related Services As Follows: The Procurement Includes The Following Products: • Motorcycles With A Maximum Engine Power Of 119 Kw And Their Spare Parts And Accessories. The Subject Of The Procurement Includes The Following Services: • Services Related To The Handover Of The Motorcycle • Documentation Services • Organization Of Commissioning Training And Additional Training • Delivery Of Products With Nol And Top Delivery Conditions • Delivery Of Repair Shop Manuals • Motorcycle Maintenance, Repair And Equipment Services • Delivery Of Testing Equipment (Voluntary Service) The Subject Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Tender Request And Its Appendices, Especially In The Appendix Procurement Subject. Contract Period The Contract Period Is Two (2) Years. Hansel Oy Has The Right To Extend The Validity Of The Framework Agreement With An Option Period Of A Maximum Of Two (2) Years Under The Terms Of The Framework Agreement. See Also Paragraph 6 Of The Framework Agreement In Annex A Of The Request For Tenders. Procurement Agreements Can Be Valid For One (1) Year After The End Of The Framework Agreement. Scope Of The Framework Arrangement The Estimated Value Of The Framework Arrangement Is 1,000,000 To 1,400,000 Euros (Vat 0%), Including The Option Period. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Arrangement Is Eur 1,400,000 (Vat 0%). Determining The Euro Value Of Procurements Is Partly Made Difficult By The Fact That The Funds Initially Allocated For The Procurements Of Customers Who Have Joined The Framework Arrangement May Undergo Unforeseen Changes Beyond The Customers Control During The Framework Contract Period. The Figures Are Based On The Information Provided By The Joined Customers About The Use Of The Framework Arrangement.
