The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Individual Receiving Entities With A Quality Guarantee. The Warranty Requirements Are Specified In Part Iii Of The Swz. 6. The Delivered Item Must Be Brand New, Not Exhibited At Exhibitions, Complete And Technically Functional. The Statement Brand New Should Be Understood As The Subject Of The Order In Its Original Packaging, Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding Use Necessary To Test Its Correct Operation After Production. 7. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties. 8. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Come From The Manufacturers Distribution Channel, Which Does Not Exclude Distribution To The Polish Market And Ensures The Implementation Of Warranty Rights. 9. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered To Individual Receiving Entities Together With Operating Instructions, Drivers And Any Accompanying Software Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Subject Of The Order (Obtaining Full Functionality Indicated In Part Iv Of The Swz). Individual Receiving Entities Will Not Be Obliged To Pay Any Additional Fees, In Particular License Fees, And Any Licenses Will Be Granted As Part Of The Contractors Remuneration, Without Time And Territorial Limits, Unless It Is Clearly Stated Otherwise In Part Iv Of The Swz. If Licenses, Codes Or Other Permissions Are Required To Run And Use This Software, They Must Be Provided At No Additional Charge. Codes, Licenses And Other Permissions Must Also Be Provided When They Are Necessary To Run Or Configure Hardware Components. The Requirement Referred To In The First Sentence May Be Met By The Contractor By Providing Individual Receiving Entities With Access To The Manufacturers Website, Where The Installations Will Be Available.
