Since 2017, The Department Of Haute-Savoie Has Used Service Providers For The Purposes Of Implementing Visits In The Presence Of A Third Party Provided For In Article 375-7 Of The Civil Code. The Department Is Relaunching This Consultation, The Aim Of Which Is To Implement Visits In The Presence Of A Third Party, In Situations Where Children Are Separated From Their Families Under The Child In Danger Provisions, For Which The Protection Of These Children Requires That Meetings With Their Parents Or Other Members Of Their Family Take Place In The Presence Of A Third Party. Framework Agreement For Single-Award Purchase Orders For Services, With No Minimum And An Annual Maximum Of 1,100,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax
