Location: Kigali In the framework of project RWA/030 receiving financial support from the governments of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Rwanda This notice of invitation is launched by and according to the procedures of LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency, on behalf of project RWA/030 receiving financial support from the governments of Rwanda and of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. 1. Identification and financing of the Project Title: RWA/030 - Improving Skills for Holistic Employment in Modern Agriculture (ISHEMA) Source of financing: The government of Rwanda and the government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as set out in the projects bilateral agreement n°1 dated 18th October 2024 Status of financing: Approved 2. Identification of the Contract Type of contract:Goods Object:Design, supply and installation of modern poultry housing system Number:A-RWA030-2026-8527 Number of lots:2 Lot 1: Design, manufacture, supply, DAP delivery, onsite assembly/installation, testing, commissioning, training and warranty support. Lot 2: Associated civil and site-installation works constructed from the approved Lot 1 Issued-for-Construction design Grouping of lots: Possible, a tenderer may be awarded more than a single lot if he satisfies, cumulatively, the administrative and technical requirements of the lots to which he is tendering. 3. Eligibility and evaluation criteria Origin: No restriction Eligibility: Economic operators satisfying the criteria included in the statement of good standing and in the ethics clauses of the general regulations. Evaluation: The most economically advantageous tender on the basis of price, administrative and technical criteria. and incoterm DAP - Delivered at Place (Ruhango, Ngoma and Musanze Districts) will be granted the contract. Variants: No variants will be considered 4. Location and timeframe Location of the project: Ruhango, Ngoma and Musanze Districts Terms and place of delivery: as per the technical specifications, Incoterm will be DAP - Delivered at Place (Ruhango, Ngoma and Musanze Districts) Performance period of the contract: 4 months per lot and not cumulative in case of award of several lots to the same tenderer.
